Training Development

Benchmark works closely with training departments and managers to improve and/or redesign their current training programs, and to assist in designing new training modules. First, we help organizations assess their needs, making recommendations on which areas of improvement to pursue. Then, we outline a structure for the program and review it with the client. Thirdly, we build content into the outline that is client-specific so the new training program is unique to their organization. Finally, we'll assist in designing evaluation tools to monitor the effectiveness of the training.
